“Operation Access provided me with a great opportunity; they were like a guardian angel. To live in a country that is not yours, where you feel alone and unprotected, and to be able to obtain this kind of help is the best feeling. You make people feel safe and that life will get better because our health issues are being addressed. To everyone who took part in my care, I am thankful to each and every one of you for donating your time and for being so kind… I am very thankful.”

“I am so lucky that I was connected with him. I hope everyone has the fortune I had to find a doctor like Dr. Wagner. It is amazing that programs like Operation Access exist to help people; I am speechless. I don't know what so many of us would do without you and all your volunteers. I would still be in the same situation had I not been accepted into your program. Thank you!”
Mark
Mark has suffered from frequent housing insecurity for most of his adult life, which caused stress and compromised his ability to access adequate health care. Then more recently Mark began suffering from fevers, abdominal pain, nausea, and fatigue. His condition made it difficult for him to eat properly, and he lost a lot of weight. Thankfully a friend helped him get an appointment at a local community clinic where he was diagnosed with a bladder infection.
