To qualify, patients must be...
> Uninsured and unable to obtain job-based coverage
> Ineligible for publicly-sponsored coverage (Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families, CMSP)
> Earn less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
> Possess less than $3,000 in savings
> Referred by a doctor or nurse who has diagnosed a condition requiring medically necessary, outpatient surgery
> Not require ongoing care by the surgeon for successful recovery, and not possess co-morbidities that increase the risk of hospitalization.

What can Operation Access provide?
> A consult visit with a surgeon
> A medical interpreter to accompany you to all surgical appointments
> Outpatient surgery that is medically necessary (click here for list of procedures)
> Other medical services associated with the surgery

Operation Access is not...
> Health insurance
> For cosmetic surgery
> Ongoing primary or urgent health care
